Ang pasko ay isang masayang okasyon na sabi ng iba ay para sa bata lang. Pero sa totoo lang ang pasko ay para sa lahat. Lahat tyo dito sa Pilipinas ay ramdam ito. Christmas Party dito at Christmas Party doon. Reunion dito at reunion doon. Ito rin ang panahon na nararamdaman nating bumibigat ang ating timbang at nagkakaroon ng extra bilbil sa tagilira. Ito kse ang pinakamasarap na okasyon sa loob ng isang taon.

Gayunpaman, salamat na lamang at meron na akong pananggalang sa mga party at tsibugan na aking dadaluhan. Sa wakas at ndi na ako mangangambang muli na naman akong tataba at magkaka hypertension uli. Thanks to my friend Coach Bea who's been very patient with me and has helped me to be into NUTRITION PROGRAM.
